The workbook does not reproduce the copyrighted requirements of an ISO standard and is not a substitute for a standard-specific audit.

DIRECT ANSWERS

Questions about this topic.

How does the Excel readiness percentage work?+

Implemented, partial and not implemented responses contribute to a weighted score. Not-applicable responses are excluded from the denominator. The result is a planning indicator based on your answers, not an audit conclusion.

Which ISO standards can the workbook support?+

It reviews common management-system foundations relevant to standards such as ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO/IEC 27001 and ISO 22000. The authorised standard and its specific requirements still need a separate, competent assessment.

Does a high percentage mean we will pass the certification audit?+

No. The workbook cannot verify evidence, sampling, implementation effectiveness or standard-specific conformity. An independent certification body conducts the certification audit and makes the certificate decision.

Do I need advanced Excel skills?+

No. Select responses from the provided lists and the formulas update the dashboard. Owners, target dates and actions remain editable for your team.

Can LETA review our completed assessment?+

Yes. LETA can review the result online or on site, test the supporting evidence and define a focused implementation or formal gap-analysis scope.

Is an email address required to download it?+

No. The workbook is available as a direct download so your team can start the assessment immediately.
