THE OPPORTUNITY

Lead work that clients can actually use.

LETA Advisory helps organisations understand, implement and maintain ISO management systems with minimum-effective documentation and clear ownership. You will work directly with leadership and process owners, connect requirements to real operations and leave teams with a system they can continue to run.

Role boundary: LETA provides consultancy, implementation support and internal or supplier audits. Independent certification bodies conduct certification audits and make certificate decisions.

What you will lead

Lead client discovery, scope definition and management-system gap assessments.
Guide practical implementation of ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, including integrated management systems.
Plan and lead internal and supplier audits using objective evidence, clear sampling and defensible findings.
Develop minimum-effective processes, documents and records that clients can maintain after handover.
Facilitate risk reviews, objectives, competence activities, internal audits and management reviews.
Write concise reports, nonconformities and action plans, then verify corrective-action effectiveness.
Prepare client teams for audits conducted by independent certification bodies without promising an audit outcome.
Coach consultants and client process owners while maintaining confidentiality, professional judgement and impartial reporting.

What you will bring

Recognised lead-auditor training or qualification covering ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and ISO 45001.
At least five years of relevant management-system, QHSE, consultancy or audit experience, including experience leading audits or client assignments.
Strong working knowledge of process-based auditing, risk-based thinking, integrated systems and corrective action.
Ability to turn audit evidence into clear findings and practical, proportionate recommendations.
Confident client communication, workshop facilitation and professional report writing in English.
Relevant degree, diploma or equivalent professional experience.
Availability for client-site assignments across the UAE as project needs require.

Useful additional experience

UAE consultancy or industry experience and familiarity with local regulatory environments.
Experience with construction, engineering, manufacturing, energy, food distribution or service organisations.
Knowledge of ISO 19011 auditing guidance and digital NCR or corrective-action workflows.
Arabic or another client-relevant language in addition to English.
