Who we are
LETA Advisory is the ISO consultancy identity of LETA International. This policy explains how information is handled when you use letaadvisory.ae or contact us about our services or careers.
Information you choose to provide
If you call, use WhatsApp or email us, we receive the contact and business information you choose to send. The website enquiry form prepares a WhatsApp draft from the fields you enter; you can review or change the draft before choosing whether to send it in WhatsApp. We use information you send to respond to your enquiry, prepare an appropriate consultancy scope and maintain relevant business records.
Website assistant
The LETA website assistant answers general questions from an approved business knowledge base. When AI answering is enabled, the question and recent chat context may be sent securely to our AI service provider to generate a response. We request that generated responses are not stored through the model API, but service-provider processing and retention safeguards may still apply.
Do not enter confidential business information, personal identifiers, passwords, payment information, medical information or copies of documents in the assistant. The chat is for general guidance and is not a certification decision, legal advice or a substitute for a scoped consultation.
Recruitment applications
If you apply for a role by email, we receive the information you choose to include, such as your CV, contact details, employment history, qualifications, current location and availability. We use it to assess and communicate about the application, conduct appropriate recruitment checks and maintain necessary recruitment records. Please do not send bank details, identity documents or other unnecessary sensitive information at the initial application stage.
Website analytics
We use Google Analytics with Consent Mode. Before you accept analytics, Google may receive limited cookieless and non-identifiable measurement signals, such as a page visit and consent status, without reading or writing analytics cookies. If you select “Accept analytics”, full analytics storage is enabled so we can understand traffic sources and interactions such as clicks on Call, WhatsApp or email.
We configure analytics without sending the details entered in enquiry fields or the text of website-assistant questions. Advertising storage, advertising user data and personalised advertising remain disabled. Your preference is saved in your browser’s local storage and can be reset by clearing this website’s stored data.
Sharing and retention
We do not sell personal information. Information may be processed by service providers that support our website, communications, recruitment, AI assistant or analytics, subject to their applicable safeguards. We retain enquiry and recruitment information only for as long as reasonably needed for the relevant purpose, legal obligations and legitimate business records.

You can decline analytics storage when prompted. You may also clear this website’s stored data in your browser to reset the choice. To ask about, correct or delete information you provided directly, contact us using the details below.
